Abstract

The need for every human being in this world is oxygen. Plants play an important role in maintaining the carbon dioxide and oxygen content in the air. Numbers of plants are destroyed every day for the urbanization process. The number of plantings carried out is also reduced. Apart from these things more plants die due to lack of care. The main objective of this project is to protect plants by continuously monitoring the parameters that lead to the improvement of plants and human life. Automated systems are preferred over manual systems. Android software is used to create a mobile application that is used to monitor garden parameters and automate the watering process. The ESP8266 is used to connect various sensors that collect soil parameters and transmit information to the MQTT protocol via Adafruit.
